When you stand with purpose and intention in something called “Postures of Power,” you can dramatically strengthen your energy.
In this 11-minute video, you will learn ancient standing positions to help align your body’s structure for a more efficient internal Qi flow. They also improve your posture and body awareness.
The more you practice these postures and integrate them into your Qi Gong practice, the more centered, grounded, and strong you’ll become.
