I really don't know how things work out but this company is possibly my oldest contract I kept 😎 some weeks they have loads done and sometimes I could go years without a visit. Its like some months I could do a full month in a certain area doing very similar work all for different customers then go years not doing that kind of work totally unsure how it works haha. I've gone nearly 2 year without doing seller's before that I had 1 a week easy 😂 I will take anything that pays the bills apart from gates and rails I dont like that sort of work haha
It is so satisfying to watch. But I can't understand how the operators/owners can let their expensive and relativly new equipment decay like that. Are they driven in a salt mine 24/7? Well the good thing is they create job for Mick and nice videos for us to watch.

Crushed glass and I would advise the biggest you can get hold of and afford to run as derv is a deciding factor 140/300cfm seam to be in the sweat spot area but I haven't had extensive experience with 300+ so wouldn't really know for sure I've used 400 and 600cfm both greedy on derv but totally depends on the finish required 👍
R'reet Mick, Nice job on the sandblasting 😎 Blimey! Filling up wi diesel these days is frightening, How long will that tank o diesel typically last you? LOL Bloody drones! I bought one off Aliexpress to fly over the roof of our house to see how many broken roof tiles there were as we'd got a leak in the bedroom, I thought I'll try it out in the house first because it was windy outdoors, Only bloody flew it into the wall & broke it in under 10 seconds 😩😂Thanks for doing these videos mate.
@Mobileblaster

That derv will be gone on that job 125L on 8 hours shift 😂 I need this drone to last a little longer than 3 x out it was £1150 I think but to be fair every bit of money youtube has made over 2 years of making videos has finally made enough for me to invest in the drone next year or so may be a 360 camera for even more stuff to brake 😄 🤣
Always make sure to cover the hydraulic cylinders. If you get the sand on the cylinders will damage the inner seals and it will leak very bad. Don’t blast them . Cover them up well.

The dust scraper won't allow the media past and the chrome is alot harder than my media so I'm confident they are fine 👍👌
White diesel 1000litre now 1.41 plus vat today. Bulk makes a difference to buying at pumps. Well worth it.
@Mobileblaster
Жыл бұрын
Last I checked it was 9p cheaper than the pump in my opinion its not worth having nearly 2ks worth of fuel at risk of theft 20p or more savings its worth the investment of bunded tank insurance etc to store. But to do things full legit the cost of tank inspection and rules needed to follow to be fully legit wouldn't work in my location as I haven't got a peace of land 10m away from a drain were I could put the bunded tank well safely away from view of the road

Greetings from the US. I can't help but notice how small that fan seems to be, what size nozzle? My boss would be crying about production but that looks very controllable and you didn't even have to wrap the cab till you were quite close. I couldn't have even done the loader arms without the glass being in danger. we use number 7 and 8 nozzles over here and mostly medium/coarse coal slag media.

If you haven't done this type of work before it's more than likely the waste costs your likely to incur would cover the cost of a professional. I would be looking at getting a quote from professionals then size up time / waste / quality and look at it that way as doing something yourself is all good but don't always mean cheaper. If you still want some gear I would buy 2nd hand use it to complete the job then sell it only problem with that if you have no experience you won't know if it's the equipment at fault or lack of experience.
