I've been slacking and looking for a change up to get myself motivated again. This is going to become my day 1 routine. Quick question: Assuming this becomes a series, will these hit each muscle group enough times for a full week? Or, should I not even be worrying too much about that?

So 1 super set too failure and 1 not to failure? Cause in the beginning you say 3 supersets. But I dont see you doing the third.
