My sister ran her first full marathon when she turned 60; she had never run a Marathon before. Age is mindset, knowledge, and wisdom. Take care =-)

I like her approach- moderation, consistency and balance. A healthy lifestyle is never about fads or quick fixes. I think in society we are very obsessed with looking young. For me it's more important how I feel. I feel if I am healthy and feel good on the inside it will show on the outside. Even when I stay going gray, I have no plans to dye my hair. Not where I need to be just yet health wise, because although I do exercise and eat balanced, I have insomnia so need to work on getting quality sleep.

55 is not old n most Asian ladies look young n good skin. My mom is 70 n diabetic but looks 55 due to healthy lifestyle n exercises

being mindfull, doing exercise, balance diet are the secret to be young and healthy. I'm 56 this june . I am a mom and a grandma and poeople always comment I looked like 40 . I'm happy because I can inspire others by doing good activities that will impact good to people and society .

Genetics matters too, and skin condition. My best friend is 38 years old (Chinese), she is a single mother of two children for 9 years, even since her second child was still a baby. She is not rich, her monthly income is only enough for monthly bills, school fees, and paying off debts, no saving, no shopping, no vacation. But her face doesn't change, she looks like 20 years old. No a single wrinkle, no eyebags, her skin still tight. She never wears makeup, the last time she wore makeup was at her wedding. She never uses any skincare, she only uses facial wash, her skin type is normal and healthy. On the other hand, I have a sensitive skin type, oily, acne prone, if I'm lazy to wash my face and don't use acne serum in the morning, in the afternoon there will be a new pimple. lol She was also confused when I asked what her secret was, but she said that her two children made her happy every day. Apart from that, she doesn't drink alcohol and sugary drinks, doesn't smoke, and always eats healthy food.

Actually, the reason why she look young is because her good shape, And there’s no double chin, and her skin is tight and not sagging, even though there might be some wrinkles. her skin does look good but not as young as her body, but that is normal because she already said herself she’s not have any plastic surgery or procedures done so that’s expected. I think if she were to choose to have some kind of non-invasive Procedure done she would look Even much younger, but I respect the fact that she chose to aging gracefully naturally.

In Asia, we r told from a very young age not to get angry because anger will make us aged. We are told to smile all the time. We are not allowed to sleep after sunrise coz every non nocturnal living beings arise before sunrise. We are also taught to always be grateful. Ungrateful women are considered the worst especially if the woman is already a mother.

Look at your PARENTS and you will know how you will look older. My mother smoked all her life,my father was an alkoliker, still they look younger than their ages. It’s all genes, but you can deduct like 5 -7 years extra if do a few things right . I also look younger thanks my parents and the rest what makes me younger are hair, figure, , behave and thinking young.
