I AM 97 YEARS OLD and Here is the Secret of Youth. Johanna Quaas. Motivation. Sports. Inspiration

We continue to talk about interesting people for whom age is just numbers. The heroine of this video, Johanna Quaas, entered the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest gymnast in the world. Is there anything you can learn from this woman from Germany? The answer is yes. After all, at the age of 96, she is healthy, mobile, energetic, performs complex exercises, leads an active lifestyle.
Johanna says that the main secret of her health and longevity is constant activity. As a result, she does not use medications and has completely forgotten what diseases are. Unless he can catch a cold in a hotel under air conditioning. "In general, according to my age, I am doing well," the woman says.

Never have any children because if you do the father of those children will use the kids for beating into a pulp regularly, SA, parental alienation, total malignant brainwashing, extreme lies deception abuse by proxy, and profit. --- you will pay for it even financially forever This is the real key. I have been hit by cars a few x and also wore a leg brace when I was a young child. But I have been a dancer since I was a teen. Occasionally I have felt a bit of vibration in my ankle or something, but it is only once in a while and it goes away. In jazz dance and bellydance you are taught to find balance in imbalance, ie to compensate if there is an area of your body that is stiff or tight or not as flexible. The connection to something beyond myself in dancing or singing is incredible. I have been a professional performer for years. The main thing I have learned in dancing is that if you stretch, you gradually improve. Find your own limits and what your body can do.

If there are any it will be because they ate meat, eggs and dairy for most of their lives and that's what killed them. Many people, perhaps a majority, believe that those who follow a plant-based diet cannot be healthy and will die early. This woman proves that that's nonsense. What a legend. To be fair, the main findings of gerontology are "use it or lose it". Its ironic that so many scientists have worked over so many decades to come up with, and re-confirm, the same simple theory. You stay fit into old age by continuing to do the activities you did in your youth. Eating natural products, not doing anything to excess, and generally living a moderate life all help. But if you want to stay active into old age, it is as simple as STAYING ACTIVE all the way through your life. Respect to her.
