    Sounds like all he means is that powerlifters often fall into the trap of seeing their training as solely movement based instead of muscle based like a bodybuilder would. They tend to throw aside isolating specific smaller muscles and then experience imbalances or pain because of it. Like a power lifter who does a ton of benching and lockout/tricep based work might benefit from working the antagonistic bicep to essentially balance out the area around the elbows to help prevent or treat elbow pain.
