Improving Shoulder Function with Jordan Shallow

Time to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Universal Athlete and powerlifter, Jordan "the Muscle Doc" Shallow breaks down the complexity of four key shoulder mechanics. In the first movement, Jordan addressed the root of shoulder pain while improving the ability of the thoracic spine to extend. Secondly, Shallow goes over the importance of training the muscles that retract and depress the shoulder in order to effectively perform the high face pull. Thirdly, "The Muscle Doc" goes over the importance of stretching a major player in internal rotation of the shoulder that often goes unaddressed which coincides with performing the underhand lat stretch. And lastly Jordan puts these movements together by executing the kettle bell bottom press for overall shoulder mobility.
