Purple sweet potato bao buns with all natural ingredients and purple fillings. No artificial coloring.
Ingredients
Dough recipe
400g bao flour
30g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 sachet instant yeast
200g mashed purple potatoes
200ml water
2 tbsp oil
All into stand mixer until smooth and elastic. Take dough out. Roll into a ball shape n proof until double in size.
Filling ingredients
150g mashed purple potatoes
150g lotus paste (can replace with mashed purple potatoes )
2 tbsp cooking oil
