Almost blew up your winning streak but excellent play thanx! 7:31 But you spend way too much time with moves like rook to C1 which is pretty obvious here even for a 1500 player like me. I reckon you must be close to 2500 Can you pls tell me the openings I should avoid as 1500? I know I should leave the sicilian defense alone until I’m 2000.. if i’ll ever be ;)

OK, at this point, I am starting to wonder how long before Eric loses. He is facing players now who, although lower ratings, can muster some very resourceful play and maintain a fairly equal game for a long time. The final game had Eric well ahead, but his opponent still found some great moves to keep it going for awhile. I thought that the fork of the queen and rook was going to be pretty much the end, but TheWiky seems to have seen it coming, as the Qa4 response came right away. I saw Nf2 much quicker than Eric did (much to my surprise), but like Eric, I did not see the great response.
