On April 10, 2013, St.Louis got hit with a very intense squall line of thunderstorms that were producing a mouth dropping 70 to 90mph straight line winds. There were reports of tornadoes touching down in two locations in St.Louis county. There were more reports of tornadoes in other areas. In Franklin County southeast of St.Louis county there was a report of a wind gust of 101mph! Places such as Hazelwood and The Hill in St.Louis county was hard hit with a tornado and there was significant damage left behind. This will certainly be a day to remember in St.Louis Missouri as I speak. This is my story and video.

Thanks for the video!!! This reminds me one crazy storm which hit Athens(Greece) on 03/22/2013 We had almost 4 inches of rain and 2-3 lightning strikes per second that night which was an unprecedented event for our city. That storm lasted for several hours and caused severe flooding...

Okay, I missed this by 2 months. We moved to St Louis from NC; got here June 28. I'm still getting used to living in Tornado Alley.
