TRUE CRIME PLAYLIST: • True Crime Body Language
The Arizona Court of Appeals in 2020 heard the Jodi Arias appeal but upheld Jodi Arias conviction and life sentence in the 2008 homicide of her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander. They rejecting her assertions that she was denied a fair trial. Jodi Arias was convicted in 2013 and sentenced to life in prison in 2015 for the homicide of her ex-boyfriend, 30-year-old Travis Alexander. His body was found -- stabbed, shot in the face and slit in the neck from ear to ear -- in the shower of his Mesa, Arizona, home. Now Arias appealed her conviction and sentence, arguing partly that trial publicity -- including live media coverage of the proceedings -- and a prosecutor's alleged misconduct causing the Jodi Arias trial to be unfair and biased.
Travis Victor Alexander was an American salesman. Travis Alexander sustained 27 knife wounds and a gunshot to the head. Jodi Arias testified that it was self-defense, but she was convicted by the jury. This true crime case and trial received widespread media attention in the United States. But still Jodi Arias appears a remorseless psychopath with no apology to the Travis Alexander Family. Watch this 2021 analysis.
Is Jodi Arias a psychopath? Does Jodi Aria have borderline personality disorder? Or is it narcissistic personality disorder? To understand more analysis to add to the forensic psychology of this true crime, watch this body language analysis.

The irony of someone not believing in capital punishment killing someone to punish him.

Well. It's kind of like the saying ' There are no atheists in a foxhole". Everyone is against the death penalty until it's their child, wife or husband that is raped, murdered, or tortured. Then, the death penalty seems perfectly reasonable. It's easy to be magnanimous and forgiving when the victim isn't someone you know, because many things sound good in committee, but break down in practicality.
@rapunzelmane9592

Apparently, detectives use this question all the time with killers as an indicator of guilt, as the killers nearly always say that they don't believe in capital punishment. Due to the self-centredness of cluster-b's, they answer the question from the viewpoint of themselves and their future fate. The innocent, when questioned, usually say that they want killers hung, drawn, and quartered.

@@wisdomoftheearlychristians2037 I don't think most people who are against capital punishment would claim it's because they're magnanimous and forgiving. It's usually either religion or practical reasons, like chances of killing an innocent suspect or not wanting the state to have the power to murder legally. I might argue people in favour of capital punishment are more focussed on revenge than practicality.

3:21 I was taught in a printmaking studio (where typesetting was also done) that “minding your Ps and Qs” was primarily an instruction for typesetters. When setting the metal letters (or “sorts”), the letters are backwards so when inked and printed they will show forwards. Therefore, Ps and Qs (almost mirror images of each other) are easy to confuse. So mind your Ps and Qs! Bonus: it’s easy to run out of very common letters before you finish setting a page. This will make you curse and swear. You are “out of sorts”. You’re welcome, the absolutely no one who asked.

I only recently found out that travis was proven to have said some really disgusting things. Shes clearly a murderous sociopathic pig but the media and in our culture we tend to make the mistake of making victims of murder out to be saints because they were murdered. I was of the impression he was a great guy until recently as i said. He either texted etc her saying "you sounded like a 10 yr old girl having an 0r&asm". He also made some dumb choices because he knew and told people she was psycho but he kept in contact for sex only. None of what im saying is intended to justify or otherwise imply she isnt pure evil. He obviously didn't deserve to be murdered for any of the above but i cant stand how people irrationally feel that stating truths that show a person in a bad light, somehow takes away from them or means the act was justified. The truth is the only thing that serves a useful purpose and can help people understand what happened.

I like both- I cannot lie!
She inadvertently confessed twice towards the end of this video - First, when she admitted she caused the victim's and her own family pain without mentioning Travis' alleged attack on her. Second, when she implied the only reason she wouldn't give herself the death penalty is that she doesn't believe in capital punishment. I think Jodi Arias is completely at peace with the fact that she murdered Travis, because she's permanently locked into the view that she was morally right to defend her narcissistic pride, and he was morally wrong to have cheated on her and ultimate rejected her. She's turned the unconditionally loving aspect of Christianity on it's head (as so many abusers and criminals are doing these days) in order to justify her own moral betrayals. To her mind, she's innocent regardless of the facts, and Travis is guilty regardless of what she did to him. No matter what, she's an angel with clipped wings and he's the devil who got what he deserved. In the final analysis, Jodi Arias is just an extreme version of a toxic, infantile narcissist who refuses to be held accountable for her actions, however immoral and destructive, while assuming the role of judge, jury, and executioner towards a love obsession who let her down.

@@washcaps71I think we need to be careful not to conflate the terms…they’re not interchangeable nor are they synonymous…I would tend to agree with the OP but not with your assertion that a narc will become physically violent upon being the recipient of narcissistic injury. There are many “flavors” of narcissism, including what i believe to be the most damaging form: the covert narcissist. The long term damage to the recipient of such confusing and manipulative behavior is a complete disruption of their ability to internally process the barrage of manipulative behaviors constantly wielded against them… The narcissist, in this scenario, will never use the same manipulative tactic twice in a row…which is wholly destabilizing for the target’s sense of themselves and their perception of the world around them. The victim/Target then learns to distrust their own judgments about others (and even their own) behaviors, and becomes dependent upon the narcissist to constantly help them understand the confusing world in which they live. This is why many narcissists (and other flavors of power hungry abusers) will often isolate their victims so that they have no other frame of reference for the messaging (which amounts to brainwashing in many cases) that the perpetrator insists is the reality of the situation. Scary stuff.

In EVERY interview I’ve seen of her, she shows a very weird, cartoonish, smug, controlled, fake personality: It seems that underneath, she’s a mean, nasty, abusive bully, but is using a “nice girl” facade to deploy the SAME, nasty, mean behaviors in a controlled, fake, “nice” way, and she seems very confident & proud of it. It’s hard to explain. She’s like an angry bully who’s able to control & redirect it somehow, the smugness of it makes it seem like she knows exactly what she’s doing, yet doesn’t realize it’s not effective. She’s very controlled emotionally & physically, and sharply aware, but so much so, that it looks fake like a robot. IOW, I think that if she was really angry, but didn’t want to show it in public, she could literally walk up to whoever she was angry with, call them names, bully them, & hurt them in a very controlled way, with a smile on her face, as if she was being pleasant.

😂😂😂😂😂😂but now your idol rest in peace. Now his playing with the devil. Thanks God to take the trash in place
It has to be more work to cut, but it is sooo helpful that you show the clip when talking about it! Thanks for that! And as a German, I would start counting with the thumb because that's our one, how we learn it from early on.
One of my favourite cases and episodes! Just love when Mark gets excited. Chef's kiss 😙🤌
Oh I am really enjoying the new format having the specific behavior playing as you describe it! Brilliant!
Well fellas, that was a good one. Great editing! Made it so much easier for us viewers to see exactly what you're describing. I just gotta say, your format on this episode was the exact opposite of heinous!
Another great one from The Behavior Panel. We love you guys down here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Yes, we do! I am near gulfport myself!
Excellent video. Enjoyed watching!
Scott doing a stellar analysis from the basement. Great vid, thanks guys 💚💛
So much info, thanks a million fold 🙌🙏🏼❤️
I do wish the interviewer pushed back when she said "was I lying when I said I wanted to die or am I lying now I want to live" because one has to be an untruth and I would have liked (not that I would have heard her admit) to hear her say she was just trying to look grief-stricken or penitent by saying she wanted to die.
Omg ! Yay I was just waiting for someone to bring up the rain-dear and Santa - I love it! You are all the best! ❤
I love the knowledge and camaraderie you guys share. The wealth of expertise gets me with EVERY case, thank you guys, you're all top notch 👌
Love you guys! Another one? Perhaps I have a behavior problem. Why else would I love your show so much?
Great one guys , bravo!! the 4 of you would be soooooo fun at a party. 🎉
You guys have such a great chemistry, is a joy to watch 👍
I thought this was going to be a new video and not just clips from the previous analysis you guys did. I mean I'll still watch it but bummer lol
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, but this creature also adds "Don't get mad get even".Talk about ice cold killer with a dead pan expression. Evil to the core & deserves the death penalty. It's incredible that she actually had the nerve to say she doesn't believe in taking a life for punishment. Unbelievable!
Loved This video! Well done, learned a lot!
Love that analysis Mark:)
My favorite four are back 👏🏻
Can hardly wait to see this one. Is it going to be live?
Can TBP do another Jodi arias set, this was was sooo good. Just fascinated with you guys!
You guys are great. My only complaint is that I'm now gonna waste a lot of time going back and googling what I can find about her on the internet.

Give Denty and Shaz a try....hilarious, thorough breakdown series🍿
I like that you guys are playing the specific video clip that you are opining about.
Omg when Greg and Scott do impressions, they are so funny!! 🤣😅 I enjoy seeing @TheBehaviorPanel have a good time when doing their analysis. Good stuff guys!
love the way you show her face as you talk about the facial expressions ❤
It really is scary how good of a liar she is. I thank God she wasn't smart enough to take the camera with her when she left Travis's house that day. For all her pre planning of his killing she wasn't as smart as she thought she was. My only disappointment is that she didn't get the death penalty because of ONE juror holding out. And I hear shes living the high life in prison manipulating guards and inmates. Not surprising at all.
I love this new editing style
We're getting a second video this week? Awesome!
Greg- thank you for explaining ' borderline' as deriving from it's ' nearness ' to pathologies. You guys are educating the public in incredible ways. Thanks again.
Id love for you guys to do the garret hughes case. Great material as always here
I’m so happy that you revisited this crazy person and have us more clarity. Sensational and meaningful.
Oh, Mark! I feel your pain. I have NEVER known my left from my right because I use both my hands to do everything. The struggle is so painfully real.
