The Dr. Phil show provides the most comprehensive forum on mental health issues in the history of television. For over a decade, Dr. McGraw has used the show's platform to make psychology accessible and understandable to the general public by addressing important personal and social issues.
The Behavior Panel comprises the world's top body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. They analyze behavior and body language in videos of public interest. This non-partisan group aims to educate and entertain, focusing on nonverbal communication, deception detection, behavioral analysis, statement analysis, interrogation, and resistance to interrogation. Through careful examination of gestures, expressions, linguistics, and cultural context, they reveal truths and deceptions. The Behavior Panel is prominently featured on The Dr. Phil Show and has its own show on the US TV Network, Merit Street Media.
This behavior profiler group, takes on the task of investigating the behavior behind the news that often force us to think and feel the way we do. The Behavior Panel is a task force made up of four of the best body language and behavior profiler experts in the world.

Does it make sense that you can research, read books, watch and learn and NOT know what something is? We may not have a degree in that field, but by learning and listening you can come close enough to an assessment to know someone has certain characteristics and is a possible danger, right?? That IS what this is all about. I personally think these things should be taught to all people to self protect themselves, wives, children, etc..Not only for the sake of murder, but for rape, robbery, babysitters, and any situation where you have to put your trust in someone.

Yes, here in Brazil people talk and talk... Some see it as impolite - because yes, you have to let the other person talk - , others think it's the way to have a engaging talk and just don't pay attention to that. It's ok in a very informal conversation.

My family behaves just as you describe that they do in Brazil! And the Americanized half of the extended family are both exasperated and often insulted. Trying to slow down/stop the coversation for them totally ruins the flow/spontaneity. So they demand silence for their statement, and the topic and the mood is completely ruined. We talk outside now together to happily be our gregarious selves.

You're absolutely right! The height of the table is positioned so that the MT can work at a comfortable height for their arms, and the ability to lean their weight into the person at times. You get used to having your table at a certain height, but of course, you would really lower it a lot if you had a very large, or obese client. (That woman didn't look huge to me.) You can work on a person's head from this height, and/or even pull up a stool to be at a comfortable height, if you want to sit in back of the person's head to work on their head, scalp, face. You would NEVER get on the floor! Doing a lot of massages that way would be a killer for your knees. (I know that some Asian massages are done with both people on the floor, but he was working on a client who was on his table!)

I've been a licensed massage therapist for 18 years and have taken continuing education classes all over the country. There is absolutely NO modality where the therapist must kneel beside the table. Also, there is no reason why a client must be nude and undraped for a massage of any kind. This guy is a predator.

Saw you guys on Dr. Phil today, and you were a great presence! Great job and your KZread channel, and your books, etc...will receive a great boost from having so many people know about your work. Happy for you! p.s. I am now retired, but I am a massage therapist! If anyone ever indicates that they don't "need" to be covered up, our standard answer was always "Well, here, we cover our clients with a sheet and blanket for PRIVACY and COMFORT." (their privacy, and OUR comfort, too) There was no negotiation. And WHAT was he thinking, advertising that he would "trade" massaging the client, who could also reciprocate???? In that business, you could swap out a treatment with another massage therapist, rather than pay one another; however, to keep all things on an equal footing, it's better for people to pay us at the time of treatment. We would also pay another therapist for an appointment with them. I can't believe the twisted thinking of that individual today! I agree that he is a psychopath, and he pretends that he "innocently" doesn't understand a question or a situation, and tries to show that he is so open to suggestions, so he can "learn" what he needs to change in the future. (Does he assume he STILL has a career in massage?) Buddy, your massage license was REVOKED and you need a new career! From a massage therapist's viewpoint, they have to be extremely professional and careful because some people equate a sexual encounter with any interaction with another person, where they are undressed, alone in a room with an individual, etc...candles, soft music playing in the background. It appears that this guy also thinks that his clients somehow "desire" him!!!! Therapeutic massage is about your muscles, your energy, your well-being and your good health. It's not a relationship in the terms that he is imagining it is. Yes, he also appears to resent women in general. I can imagine the fear the women experienced after finding themselves at his home, and not knowing what he might do. For a massage therapist, you have to be careful of appointments where you travel and take your table to someone's home. It can work well; but we were advised in school to always call a friend or relative (in front of the client when you arrive) to announce the address, etc..of where you are doing the treatment, and approximate time that you will be done, as in an hour treatment, for instance. There are a lot of dangers out there today!

A few years back was the trial for the drunk driver who killed my mother. They never used her name. She was just "the little old lady" (mum was only 77 and fiercely active) or "the senior citizen", never once her name or just "the lady" or "the pedestrian". I gathered it had something to do with that if they don't use her name, she was just a fence post or fire hydrant that he hit, not a human being. Is that right?

Just watched your program....about all the consideration & planning the panel put in to Dr Phils "showcase" of Tarek. Then watched the 3 minutes you all were flashed across the screen, on "the mighty doctor's" show. He truncated your expertise... because he has none. McGraw is an entertainer... not a clinician. You gentlemen are researchers, scholars, practitioners, consultants, educators, advisors...to multiple industries. What a slight to you.

Hey guys, I just wanted to get your opinion on this because I didn't see anyone bring it up and I wanted to know if my judgement is correct. When he's talking about how he spoke with the woman and was trying to explain himself, he said she wasn't 'buying it', rather than saying something like 'she wouldn't believe me'. Typically when we talk about someone not buying what we're saying, think of when we had to lie to a parent or something to go out with a friend somewhere, when people think they got away with something they say 'i think they bought it'. So when he says she wasn't buying it, i see that as him almost admitting that he was being untruthful because i think it's a funny word choice, wouldn't he use something more harsher due to the fact that he's outraged by the claims no matter what he says the person won't BELIEVE him? not that they aren't 'buying it'. just my thoughts, curious to hear what you guys think!

That is exactly it! He doesn’t even think to choose the wording or phrasing, pretend or act likable.. He is seriously sick, he doesn’t see women as the same species, he simply adapted to “what to say to get what i want” I’m sure every conversation with women in life have been out of necessity and scripted set of sentences.. I hated him after four words without knowing the story! That’s how intense i could just sense who he is!!!!!

Believe Scott about the Narcissist on his wedding day. Immediately after our ceremony ended the best man clapped my brand new husband on the back and said, "How does it feel to be tied down now?" My husband gave me a sideglance and said "Just perfect" in a tone that made his buddy back away as my groom stalked off. That's when the cage came down around me, after nearly five happy years. Five minutes after "I do." my life turned into a very specific and scary state of hell until I took my kids and ran when he got dangerous. Learn how to spot these people, iit'll save you so much gief and maybe your life.
