These guys live rent free in my head. The behavioral panel is the best!!! I’ve learned so much from them. Even though they’re all experts in their field, so much of the knowledge they provide can be used in daily interactions.

Oh my - this is inappropriate - but I have the biggest intellectual crush on these guys!! Thanks for hosting The Behavior Panel even though the reason is so disgustingly grim, it’s sickeningly heartbreaking. It’s never a good thing when these guys show up but at least they can offer some insight and a perspective that could be helpful. I’d love to ask them about the ethics of using this science in the future with tech partnerships in predictive reasoning to prevent awful crimes.

This kid once said smth to me along the lines of “I can tell you just lied because you’re voice went higher”, when I didn’t even lie. It was on the topic of his boss who emailed him weirdly. I made a joke more in defense of him and he randomly said I lied😂. And then I confidently said that I wasn’t lying and I repeated what I said before to which he replied “well I can tell you were telling the truth just now”. SO NOW I’m like “I just repeated what I said and before you said I lied” LOL. HE thought he was on point and tried to make me feel embarrassed. Loll

Talking about deacons, we had two acolytes at the Catholic parish that I attended for over ten years who were helping themselves to the donation boxes, and right in front of the parishioners who stayed back after Mass to pray . Another parish in the next district the Catholic priest was jailed for fraud and embezzlement along with he's girlfriend who was administrator at the parish. They think they are above the law because they are priests and clergy. There is a name for these people that do this kind of deception they are called two headed snakes.

I have been a subscriber to The Behavior Panel for about a Year. I Love them. I will soon be going through a Divorce from a Man that has a lot of Narcissistic Traits. I'm at the point where I feel no one will believe me because he has infected me so with that thought. My Brain feels like scrambled eggs after a conversation with him. I'm afraid that if I have to go to court, my duel feelings may look that I'm being deceitful, when I am not. I know the scenarios of Abuse that took place and at the same time, knowing him, I know what he will say in return. How do I handle this without just giving up and running away....just to avoid this conflict? I know I'll regret it if I don't fight for the truth.

How can you decipher between the two responses and how would you ask if you are seeking any deception? For example, I can understand the fact when someone is asked if they have forgiven someone and their response is answered quickly can be a sign of guilt and or a prepared answer. However, if a person has forgiven someone for past behaviors, I can also understand that their quick response would be legit. Would it be critical on how the question is phrased and what time frame the negative behavior occured to be forgiven? Thank you and God Bless!

I could always tell when my husband was lying because he would just stare at me while he was telling something.

I ❤ Dr. Phil & am a HUGE fan of the TBP! My only suggestion is they need a FEMALE on the panel, b/c if you asked me what I did at the mall, I would go on FOREVER talking about shoes, clothes, & the deal I got!! (Jk) 😆😜 I also don't believe that EVERY SINGLE TIME A PERSON SAYS, "I SWEAR TO GOD", it's always a lie. I'm actually the polar opposite. Everyone who knows me knows I wouldn't say those words unless I was being FIRM & HONEST, b/c I'm AFRAID HE WOULD STRIKE ME DOWN, OTHERWISE! Lol I also cross my arms, when I'm upset, afraid, intimidated, being accused of something I didn't do, etc. I've done it since I was a child in an abusive home, if one of my children were missing, I would be a basket case for the interview & would most definitely have my arms crossed for comfort!! You always need a baseline (like they said), context, & syntax to pair w/ micro expressions. That's 100% how TBP & DP operates. I'm just afraid some over jealous trigger happy cop is going accuse an innocent person, based on limited knowledge & little instruction...

Seems to me that liars could learn so much from watching this kind of chat by learning about what not to do and therefore getting themselves around things Mmm.

I drove a taxi in Toronto for the entire 1990s, 500 weeks. Listening to these guys has my head clogged with memories of conversations I've had. Sheesh. Btw: I have NO wisdom, just experience.... other than, don't beat yourself up because you've been conned. Just try your best and move on.
