Psoas, gluteal, sacroiliac and thigh issues after workout myofascial release and adjustment ASMR
Our patient tweaked her lower back doing a deadlift. I was confident that she had done the exercise correctly.
There was shortness of the psoas and trigger points in the gluteal muscle which were creating fixation (restriction) of the sacroiliac joint on the right. The assessment and treatment encompassed most of the lower body. See the timestamps below.

You are so welcome! I am glad that you like them.
Great content
I started doing planks and the big three and I am improving my low back pains BUT it is difficult to fix psoas and quadratus lumbar by myself. I believe that all these injuries are coming from decades with physical activities having only half meniscus in my right knee.
1st! i enjoy these video’s

Çok güzel bilgiler tebrikler . Ben de benzer teknikleri kullanıyorum🙏🔑
Where can we find great doctors that will actually take the time to do this. Back pain for over a year only in my twenties , just need guidance to where to go

@dr.Russ Do you have a colleague in California who is one of your kind? Like someone who doesn’t just do the usual cracks & pressure points but actually understands the body

I am looking on Google but it is difficult. LA is such a big place!! I search 'myofascial chiropractic' and go from there, I get a lot of gut feelings from website design about dedication and professionalism.

@@DrRussInYourPocket I’ll Google that too and I guess try one or two. I’ve issues with my left side. From neck to knee. I should have never agreed to that epidural. It twitched my back when they put it in and it didn’t really work for me. Since then I’ve issues. But pain wise, as I said, only on the left 😔
Zzzzz 😊
Is this guy a real doctor or a chiropractor?

Don't do deadlifts, worst exercise ever.

Ha! It's certainly a risky one! But if it's done correctly, the strengthening effect can be superb!
