@user-uh1nf7fi8n Vitamin D sirf milk mein nhi hota. paneer, egg , yogurt etc daily add ho rha hai. Yeh sb diet plans mein vitamin D hai so don't worry

Then ap 9:30 breakfast kr lein aur dinner 6 pm tak kr lein is trha 8 hours manage hun gy eating window k. Rice ap kha skti hain but 1 time rice ya roti khaen. Agar breakfast mein roti ya bread h then no rice or roti for dinner

@user-uh1nf7fi8n Ap meray pehlay walay diet plans agar dekh chuki hain toh sb mein haldi milk ka bolti hun. I'm nutritionist I know zaroori hai milk but sbko suit nhi krta. Kafi sari aur bhi chezen hain jinhen kha kr vitamin d lia ja skta hai
