Ise muscle imbalance kehte hain.Yeh genetics ki wajah se ho sakti hain yaa phir kisi ek part ko zyada train karne se. Jo kamzor part hain, usse zyada reps ya sets lagane se theek ho jayega...par bohut time lagega theek hone ke liye... Yeh majority of the population ko hain isliye tension mat lo...mujhe bhi hain muscle imbalance

Sir. I stopped feeling my quads since a month. I train my legs twice a week. I do different types of squats in 15/12/10/8 reps. Im increasing the weights too than before, still i dont have leg pain after leg days. I feel pain in quads while doing extensions but others no. Can you suggest something?
