    🔥Superb video sir🔥 , following you since more than a year. At the age of 38 I started my fitness journey. I was not obese but was overweight. But was determined for the transformation. Was able to reduce weight more than 10kg in 100Days. And was about to reach to get a six pack abs, but then lost focus and again gained some weight. Now I have started the workouts again. Going over your videos again and again. Planning for a 30days transformation this time. Strongly believe that can reduce 5-6kg weight this time. Thanks for the knowledge

    I hear you but not everyone can do Deadlift and Pull-ups due to past injuries. The mentioned exercises are easy to do and are effective as well. My two cents!
