I tried these warm ups sets, and to be honest it really helped me push my limits, i used to afraid doing heavy weight squats, but after trying this warm up sets, i did 12 reps on 90kgs without support with full range of motion, and now i am going to try on 95kg or 100kg next week

Push ups maro 3 variation k sath week m 3 din. Ghar p dumbbell rakho kam se kam. Taki bicep kar lo 3 din. Or legs maro week m 2 din dumbbell squats lounges. Itna kafi hai filhal
