@@SK__fitness516weight utna rakhna jismai concentric failure achieve kar sako matlab ki 10 rep karne hai toh weight aesa hona chahiye ki aap 11 th rep na lagaye paye 10 th rep mai full exhaust hojaye phir rest kar kar next set maarey
To be honest Jeet sir is the best fitness influenced in India , all other guys are just promoting themself their brands and wrong information, I started fitness but was confused and not growing but Jeet sir's videos really helped me so much in 2 months which I didn't achieve in 8 months

sir i follow a push pull legs split beginner ( 2 weeks ) on push day i do barbell rows 3 sets+ alternate day lat pulldown and seated rows 3 sets + 2 sets barbell shrugs + 3 sets hammer curls+ 3 sets dumbbell curls+ 4 set rear delt machine fly + 2 sets reverse dumbbell wrist curls+ 2 sets knee tucks and i am recovering pretty good no problem in this can i perform this set of exercises or any improvement can be done
