    Coal and bamboo charcoal are completely different. Bamboo charcoal is a raw material for soap and detergent and has a purifying effect. His work clothes prove that.

    tergantung metodenya...ini namanya sistem pirolisis (pembakran tidak sempurna tanpa atau sedikit udara)...ada 2 produk yg di hasilkan: 1. Asap cair (ini bahan pengawet dan juga bisa jadi antibiotik ataupun pengganti pestisida 2. arang dengan kualitas tinggi...arang ini yg paling bagus untuk membuat "arang aktif" (biasa dipakai sebagai bahan filter air) dan juga produk briket berkualitas...dan banyak lagi kegunaan lainnya, seperti bahan untuk masker...dan yg renik bisa digunakan untuk memperbaiki struktur tanah...semoga bermanfaat

    Эффективность и экономичность - явно не конёк этого производства. Пиролизные газы могли подавать в огонь экономя дрова, при дроблении вообще половина в пепел уходит, ну а везти 50кг. бамбука на машине, так вообще сама экономия. При нарезке по длине, кружок поставили бы по центру лезвий и чистить в ручную не пришлось бы.

    Ini jenis bambu apa? Kalau dinegara saya pokok(pohon) bambu akan tumbuh bergerombol pada satu tempat jadi ketika kita akan memotong sangatlah dibutuhkan tenaga ekstra. Melihat video ini sangatlah menyenangkan.

    Semua bambu sama aja bergerombol karena emang sejenis rumput, disana emang diseleksi bambu yang bagus lurus dibiarkan tumbuh, cuma di indo aja orangnya gag menekuni bambu jadi dibiarkan asal tumbuh aja, padahal potensi bambu menjadi pengganti kayu plank

    This method is called a pyrolysis system (incomplete combustion with no or little air)... there are 2 products produced: 1. Liquid smoke (this is a preservative and can also be an antibiotic or substitute for pesticides 2. high quality charcoal... this charcoal is the best for making "activated charcoal" (usually used as an air filter material) and also quality briquette products... and many other uses, such as materials for masks... and the small ones can be used to improve soil structure... and the wrapped ones are probably used for religious rituals... hopefully they are useful

    Could a metal door (with layers of thermal insulating material) be used to hermetically seal the kiln instead of bricking it up manually every time? I've seen this technique used many times, but I'm not sure why is it done that way. Loved the video!

    keeping oxygen from the process is more important then heat sealing. not many gaskets car survive the heat.

    You don't need extreme heat to make charcoal. Metal doors would work just as good as the bricks, but it wouldn't be traditional and people take pride in their traditions, even in the dumb ones. Sometimes people just do things like they always did, even if it could be done better.
