    特筆すべきなのは、職人技より品質管理の厳しさ。 どんなに規模が小さくても、都度品質をチェックしているのが凄い。 これが日本製が日本製たらしめるんだろうな。

    良いものは高い理由が分かる動画でした。職人の技術による品質の高さ。今の製造業はコストダウンを考えるから安いと長持ちしない昔の家電の方が耐久性が高かったし小型化できないから重かった分頑丈に出来てた。

    In Japan, there has been a culture that respects people who do handicrafts brilliantly in small factories as craftsmen and bosses. They work hard so that there is no even the slightest part. Even if it becomes such a difficult task that it is not worth the price, they are proud to train.

    Forty five years ago I watched as an apprentice, leaf springs being made and repaired in a little backstreet yard in London. Same processes and it was a very old place then. A lot of heavy manual skilled work here and you can see it is done absolutely correctly.

    I just love and admire the japanese attention to details and the quality of their work. It's the small things like rounding the edges. Garbage from china or india just can't compare with that.

    Yes i work in a Spring Factory in France and the process are similar. The difference is that for me, the entire process is automated, right down to painting and marking.

    The Japanese people take a lot of pride in their work. Probably the only people left that do. I remember a time when American laborers took pride in their job, but not so much anymore. I did but was constantly laughed at and put down by fellow workers. I buy Japan-made products anytime over anything else if available.

    100均の輪ゴムとオーバンドの輪ゴムの違いは知っていました バネは電車に使用する物でしょうか?大変な作業ですね 全て機械では出来ず 手をかけた物ほど質が良く 値段が高くなる事がよく分かりました
