    Thank you for this incredible video. I have been watching a lot of Guy Oliver's videos but just came across this, here on your channel. I didn't realize how insightful a person he is and how dedicated he is to his dunking. It shows in his jumps and dunks, but it's always nice to see the mentality and thoughts behind it all. P.s. CONGRATS on getting your dunks in (the regular and the 360 💪🏿😎)

    one of the best vids I’ve watched being able to see the side by side comparison just freestyling and simple adjustments. What I found interesting was the full body hyperextension, particularly getting the arm up higher, which you can see between the two attempts

    Please live for God and love Him for, He sent His ONLY SON to die for us on the cross and so that we can get into Heaven even though we sinned And if you not a Christian, there is proof that God exists and is the ONLY God and so many so many people that were on drugs and in bad places with the wrong people saying that Jesus saved them Remember that good works do not get you into Heaven, faith in Jesus does, but faith without works is dead, so do good works, but do them out of love and because you're saved, not to get loved and saved

  • @Presbiter

    @Presbiter

    3 жыл бұрын

    there is no secret for palming the ball, you just have to strenghten your grip. get a towel and hang it over a bar or a tree branch. Now hang on that towel as long as you can gripping it with both hands. do that every day for a few days and you should see first results, especially with small hands.
