To anyone who wants to jump higher as well: - loose as much fat as possible before trying to build muscle. with extra fat, you are heavier and don't get off the ground easily, and don't stay in the air for long. - work on foot placement and landing so you don't injure yourself. - work on your run-up to the jump. start slow and accelerate See you guys when we jump to the moon, kings.

When I saw this video a couple month back I was astonish. Now I can jump so high my head is over the net. This show me what real determination was. I now also believe everyone can achieve their dream if they actually work for it. You a real one.

The song brings back memories from my journey to dunking when i was at your age, it was my go to song when trying to hang on the rim. Good times, years after, got my ACL Torn. It was sad i cant dunk off one foot, Surgery is super expensive i'd rather buy a car. My advice to you kid is to never ever try to block some one so high up in the air cuz thats what happened to me i got the block then stepped on the foot of the player i blocked. Outstanding job!😎👍🏾 Here's a lil help. We bought and used these to increase our vertical 3-5inches in 3-4mths. After 1st week they feel like a part of you. Our whole team bought and used these everywhere. At the end of 3-4mths, everyone on the team had an increased vertical of at least 3inches. Needless to say, the guys your height had an increase of 6inches. I'm 5'10. We lead our division in rebounds, blocked shots and fastbreak points. Guys 6'2in, 6'4 to guys 6'5in tall would laugh at us on defense, until they stepped up to take a jumper and the guy 5'8in tall not only blocked his shot but tipped it to a waiting guard who would zip it to other end of court and one of our big men or they themselves would dunk it in with authority. Their whole bench got quiet, even their coach & assistant coaches couldn't believe what they saw. Well, needless to say, plays like that, repeatedly done to you on any little mistake you make, demoralized our opponents, took them out of their game and strategies and we'd usually win by 10points😜🤣😎👍🏾 Watch the video on the link😉 Jump99 Ultra Strength Plyometric Training Shoes with a Platform to Enhance Your Vertical Jump a.co/d/2yThi8Y

dammm, the dedication that takes is unbelievable, As someone who plays soccer as a main sport because I love it and I'm a REP, but I still LOVE basketball, everyday after school I play by myself at home, practicing my handles and shooting as I aspire to be shooting guard, You have truly inspired me. to train my hardest, not because I don't always train my hardest to prove my coach that I'm better that this other kid, but I still need to train even harder, be more focused and train even when I don't have to, and I'm sure you have done the same for others, I want to be like you, dedicated, strong. that's a sub, a like and a share! Thank you!
