The PM didn’t answer Pritam question directly . Why the double standard displayed when both political parties are displaying sensitivity in handling the matters (TCJ affairs Vs RK incident) . That PAP expects Singaporeans to understand the delay in revealing TCJ affairs cos “sensitivity” need to be shown towards their family members but for RK incident , Pritam display the same “sensitivity” towards RK family members but was instead questioned about his integrity as a political party leader for deliberately delaying or rather attempting to conceal the incident. All Singaporeans can see the way how Edwin Tong questioned Pritam in the COI. This is exactly what average Singaporean doesn’t like to see , that double standards are displayed and the neutral will all see these as either bullying or witch-hunting . An advice for the PAP is that they should focus on genuine debates on policies , either targeting on how opposition parties proposal or recommendations wouldn’t work rather than using trivial issues to raise a COI and question the integrity of the opposition . Lots of votes will be lost to the neutral because of that since most human beings have this inner psychological resistance to stand up for the weak or anything deemed unfair ,

The PAP have made their bed and stand by it. It’s up to Singaporeans to decide in 2025 Some Singaporean are still angry at how Edwin tong acted like a prosecutor and judge or inquisitor and made insinuations against Pritam in the COI. I will decide on based on how the economy performs as it is more important to me.

The opposition has established that they are necessary in the political eco-system of Singapore.

When palmar affair was found , he immediately offered resignation, credits to him , but tan was found out 3 yrs ago , didn’t not submit resignation until his hot mic incident. I think Tan threw a good tantrum at PAP for abandoning him in 4G leader race .

The video of Leon Perara and Nicole Seah wound have been more devastating for WP if it was released after the candidates for the next GE has been selected and campaigning is about to start. Releasing it now actually "helped" WP because the PAP just had a similar and more serious scandal.

It actually backfired on the Pro Govt third parties who were behind this leak. I am sure that non of the elected MPs or ministers have any involvement in this matter. They are simply extremely smart and very highly educated.

New rule for those who going to enter politics should include swearing of oath on ex-marital affairs in the party that it should be severely dealth with who ever they are whatever position they are in - sack immediately to uphold the standard n intergrity of the party n Singaporean who pay their high salary from local breed Singaporean especially those poor .

This level of debate is something that Low Thia Kiang wouldn't have been capable of. WP brings our Opposition to another level. I'm coming from a neutral perspective

At the end of the day, LHL is getting soft on his own people in his old age just like how Chiang Kai Shek let corruption fester in the KMT’s ranks leading him to lose popular support and eventually entire Chinese mainland after WW2. LHL is no longer the man he was in 2004. Many years of holding the PM position has weared him down significantly due to the very high stress.

Speaker of parliament is supposed to have the HIGHEST integrity and impartiality in the land… Much higher expectation than ordinary MPs

Somehow the more i look at Pritam, the more i despise him. Especially in view of his handling of his ex MP innSengkang GRC in the lying case about SPF. 😁🤔

Pritam singh, being the WP leader, is currently being probed by the police for lying under oath. He has serious problems relating to responsibility, credibility and morality. 🤣🤣 He needs to go for surgery urgently to address his throat problem so that he does not sound like a woman every now and then.
