That's an odd looking grave, tbh. So they have the casket draped in ceremonial clothes and ornaments out in the open? I mean no burial? No sarcophagus? Can someone help me understand this or the reasoning behind this? I thought royal burials were done specifically in crypts or mausoleums?

History seems to overlook there was another "mother in law!" . Princess Alice gave The Duke of Edinburgh some jewels that are in the Queen's engagement ring. What a poignant moment this must of been for Prince William.

This was an extremely touching video. Prince William conducts himself with such dignity and shows so much respect to his hosts. I am sure this meant a lot to his grandfather, Prince Phillip. I think it is also very courageous of Prince William to visit these volatile countries where his safety could possibly be at risk.
