No, they don’t have to go into any details about their health. Would any one of you wants your personal health information be on social media??? They have said their have medical issues and that’s enough. Remember what happened to Princess Diana, because the world wanted every single information about her which lead to her death!!!. They need time to heal and recover.
Well he did not skip the memorial out of concern for his wife. Perhaps Rose or Thomas. Shame on UK for not demanding Proof of Life for Princess Catherine
