I legit had no idea this bothered comedians 😒
The only time I've gotten out of my seat to use the bathroom during a comedy show is when I drank way too much, haha. I now try not to drink anything so I can stay the whole time, but it is also about not wanting to miss anything. Even for a concert or a play, I stay in my seat (or stand when appropriate) to enjoy what I've paid for. I can use the bathroom before and after :)
