Thank you for your video! It didnt work but i was able to rule the hose connection out. I opened it up and found out that my water reservoir water was a block of ice because of the cooler was on all the time. Turn it off for at least 4 hours to thaw... Trying to find the next solution to fix the cooler temperature

thank you i think my pump wasn’t plugged in or something. but now i can hear the motor. i plugged it in let it sit for a few hours then came back and the red light was flashing. idk why. but it would kick on and off if i press the button behind the door. thank you for this video for me in there and checked out all the connections. seems to be running now. i’ll wait for tomorrow morning to follow up.

Maybe the sensor itself is malfuctioning. Or try to check the hose and probes if they are loose ( tighten if they are coz sometimes that will cause it to blink). Check door switch as well and make sure you push it close ( if not fully closed, it also cause the primo to blink). Hope this helps.

What of it IS drawing water from the white tube but not the probe? Why would that happen?

The probe is not properly connected to the white tube. It's suctioning air instead of water.

I don’t know how you pulled out the hose. I took off the clip and it still the hose is locked inside still I keep pulling but feels like I’m gonna break the plastic

Still trying to figure out why mine ain't drawing water after a few years. I just hear the motor running its mouth.

Ok. But has anyone figured out why the water doesn’t come out for the hot water. I have a smart touch and the cold and room temperature works fine but for the hot water no water comes out at all.

My was doing the same and after teying this it still wouldnt work. Almost broke down and bought another but then i saw people were also having issues with frozed reservoirs. Sure enough, mine was frozed solid. Working and flowing like normal now.

There is no blue tab on the hose connecting to the probe. The hot water works & I know the pump is working because I drained all the hot water until the bottle replace light came on then I stuck the probe back in the water jug & it began filling the reservoir. But still nothing coming out of the cold water dispenser

The blue tab secures the hose to the probe. Try to check the faucet if it is not clogged. If not, you have to open the machine and check the cold water line. Hope that this will help with your problem . Thank you so much.

Tried this. Still not working. The pump makes noise but does not make suction. Anyone got any ideas?

How do you get it to draw water without turning on the dispenser? Am I missing something here?

There’s a small white button on the top left corner that makes it draw water when you close the door push that button and it should begin to draw water if it doesn’t follow his steps

Sorry for the late reply, just saw your message. I am not really sure what the problem is, but most likely the motor/pump is overheating, if it is still under warranty, i would return it because of possible fire hazard. Sorry i'm not of big help. Thanks for watching.

I unplugged min for a whole day it froze no one in primo helped me its a hard company to get help from if your water doesn't flow or punp hot or cold water its frozen just unplug it

Try to check if the pump is working. You can hear and feel it when it is pumping.

I like this water dispenser.Yong sa amin ang water container sits on top .Ito mas maganda kasi nakatago.

This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. kzread.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
