Holy shit bro... I messed with mine for 3 days and I couldn’t get the hose out of the probe to test (worried I’d break it) that so I was at a loss. My magic thumb did what you said and voila! Fixed. You’re a God-send. LOL

This also fixed it for me. After spending a little over an hour trying to troubleshoot and find fixes for whatever was causing mine (Brio CLBL420) to not work, it was.... Simply this. Angry but also extremely happy. Thank you.

@@jessicacherms9257 I put the tube down in the water jug and sucked on it like a straw. Then covered it with my thumb real quick. And quickly stuck it back together. The pump needs a small amount of water in it to prime properly.

I felt it but sadly didn't work. I didn't know you had to clean until I watched the video and did it correctly to remove every piece even the probe head but now no more suction? Maybe the hwd provided pressure?

Our water cooler is not giving us cold water but is pumping .What could be the problem?

Unfortunately this didn’t fix my problem. When the hose is connected to the probe it doesn’t suck up the water. But if I put the hose directly in the water it works. My problem seems to be with the probe itself. Guess I’m calling customer service tomorrow.

Man it's like no one has this model I have the exact same one but mine just stopped working the cold one doesn't dispense water only the hot and the pump won't run that switch when u close the door won't run
