What guideline to follow in these types of BF... 2. When to focusing on diet When to start hitting abs? 3. How to change the macros based on BF? 4. How to regularly track your BF based on any simple formulae? This would clear much more confusion on which level you are and how to get started Looking forward to your comments/suggestion. Jeet daju namaskar, I am right handed man ... But since I started gym my left arm is little big and more power than right hand. Whenever I am doing for triceps i just feel only in left hand, very low pressure in right hand. So please give me some information how I can make power balance in both triceps? Thank u sir
