I follow you since long back and the training videos that you make, they really make a difference. Two requests I have if you are reading this, 1) Please make a video on what workouts we should add to build round shoulders. 2) I feel pain in my elbow (outer side), could you please make a video on different joint pains, reasons, and how to heal it. Is it coz of wrong posture of some specific workout? I feel the pain the most while hitting skull crushers..
