Without knowing it, I had a feeling that I already knew this. Because, it's true if you a nap for 15-20 min in the afternoon, you wake more fresh, lively, and even get a little bit innovative/creative as well, helping a lot in work. Its allows you me to perform straight 2hr before I get tired again, but still its benefial. If I dont take a nap, the time will pass while you stay tiirely and lazy and cannot achieve same productivity as with a nap involve. thankfully my current lifestyle allows me do this very often. that's how I know this much about it.
If I take even a 20 mins nap in afternoon, then i can't sleep at night🤧🤧🤧

Thank you for allaying my worries. I was known as "Mr wake me up in fifteen minutes" while I was in the University. Once I have that nap, I would be energized for the rest of the day. When I began to work, it was the same story. While people go out for an hour on break, I unfailingly hide myself either in the kitchen or in the convenience for my afternoon nap. Without that nap, I will be tired and incomprehensible.
I set alarm of 6 AM but Wake up finally at 9 AM after that I have to attend school at 10 AM thanks to our district magistrate our school timing is 10 AM 😂😂
In Islam, midday napping, specifically the practice of taking a short rest after the Dhuhr (noon) prayer, is known as "Qailulah" or "Qaylulah." While midday napping is encouraged and holds significance in Islam. It is reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) practiced Qailulah and encouraged his followers to do the same. He would often take a short nap after the Dhuhr prayer
Nap gives relief to Heart the most.

As a septuagenarian who is still running a small office, I enthusiastically endorse the merits of napping in the afternoon. It refreshes me and keeps me alert for the rest of the day. This has not come in the way of sound night sleep. As you have rightly noted, it should last between 15 & 20 minutes.
Thank you indeed for this video . I do it but I did not know the benefits thanks again. I am happy I already subscribed to you

Power naps, is indeed a true superpower, thank you for shedding light to these.
Nice one for telling people about that
Pune is famous for 12 to 4 nap. :)
It's amazing and really works... Just FYI, a nap is called "Kelula" in Urdu that is highly recommended in Islam. It is usually taken in the afternoon for about 30 minutes.

More beneficial than a cup of coffee.
Power nap should be minimum of 40 minutes not 20 minutes for the students who sleep 1 hour instead of 40 mins or oversleep in nap time they should start doing power naps and tell somebody to wake them up so body will train itself and please try to have power naps in a specific time of the day for your bilogical clock to know your routine.
It's super effective when you nap for 10 to 20 mins.when you get exhaustion of continues study or want to study for longer hours..its the best way
Qailulah is a short mid-day nap, also known as a siesta or midday power nap, in Islamic culture. It is a deeply embedded practice in Muslim culture, and some Muslims consider it a religious dimension (Sunnah). alhamdullilah we have been doing this for the past 1400 year
I totally agree. 💯
Thank you.

Food for the thoughts❤
For many years people told us they are only sleeping a few hours a as a result of their success but the truth is we need to sleep in the right way to successful
Afternoon Nap was a routine for our holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and Muslims are advised to take naps, in our language we call it Qailula.
Thanks 🙏

Absolutely 💯 agree! I wish employers can allow employees to nap during their break time on shifts.
If you can have a Vegetable garden do so, it's fun, educational and enjoyable if you have children. Grow the staples whatever you like. You can blanch some like peas and beans then freeze them. When you make a roast chicken, do veggies with it like celery, yams, potatoes, carrots and when you've gleaned all you can make soup with the leftovers. 💕
This is my sign to go for yog nidra on a daily basis. ^^
2:49 the cat😂😂😂😂
Siesta and afternoon napping is mostly due to the extreme warm weather in Asia and the Middle East and this is not something you can do casually in the west.
Thanks for remember 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Interesting
Just had a power nap. Love these!!! I feel so refreshed. On the weekdays, I normally take my power naps when I return from a long run and have some milk. That would be late morning as work starts from 12. After that, I can conquer the world. On the weekends, when I participate in 5ks then my power naps would be in the afternoons between 1 and 4.

In my experience it's true. Even 5 minutes nap can make fresh and energy
We Muslims have been power napping since We found out the benefit of it over 1400 years ago. It is recommended to have a nap after Zuhr Salah. Prophet Muhammad pbuh said it is my Sunnah to have a little nap in the afternoon after Zuhr namaz. And you guys have just Discovered it, congratulation to you. There are many health benefits in Qur'an read it with open mind it may open your eyes.❤

In my first job, napping during lunchbreak was a standard and those that didn't nap when they started working there, eventually started to follow. I transferred jobs and I brought this practice to my new work and people started following me and napping became common practice here. Sadly, resting and napping at work is seen as lazy and unproductive to those who subscribe to the hustle culture, but that's a different topic.
I try to use every day while working from home.. It helps me improve in quick thinking..
40 minutes is my sweet spot.
Real Fiesta lies in some siesta. ❤
Day napping is truly a superpower.
True that.. experiencing now
As a child, napping was mandatory after lunch, i would sneek out to play, i didn't like napping, but now i love them 😭 when I can't have them

I agree with these details because I always have a nap at least twice a day. Even while traveling to the office by train or bus, I always had a 5-10-minute nap while reading a newspaper or a book. It is so refreshing & boosting that one feels fit to work in the office without any slackness.
