Man, I thought fast food was fast. This is faster and more efficient. Fast food chains typically have a couple of people working in the kitchen. You're a one-man show and you can do everything by yourself. What a rockstar!

Bruv our job is stress, especially if we do not have what we need to make the meals. Appreciate your comment more than you know. Thank you. This man killls it I will say as well. His cleanliness is so good and pretty hard to find. Love his style and how he handles what he does. The passion is there and I love how you can see it through his cooking.

I can't do the 1handed egg Crack. I make a mess. I work in a nursing home and we use pasteurized eggs, and I find the shells very brittle and always end up in my eggs so I break them in a bowl first, and I was using a pan to do fried eggs but takes 2 long so I use the cool side of my flat top, which is less than half the size of yours we only have 75 residents so I know how much I'm gonna cook. You seem like you enjoy your work.

You have a better temperament than 9/10 of our cooks did. But what throws me off is that i've never seen an IHOP with an open drinks counter... .. and you dont have oval plates with a blue line around the border.
