Tried this at school..... DOMINATED EVERYBODY! This is really good for all the big boys like me I'm 14 I weight 110 pounds and I'm 5'9 and I got pretty decent hops and let me tell you for all the guys like me. If a teammate passes the ball do these moves and be aggressive!! Friends or not go at them. And when you jump jump as hard as you can! When doing spin moves and all that give it all you got!

With or without contact, I still struggle with this. Sometimes my layup will be too strong despite releasing it without force but the momentum really does throw the ball harder. It kinda confuses me sometimes.

Love it! Trying to get my jr high team to buy into post moves. Too many kids are falling in love with the three point shot nowadays. If you go to a high school game you may not see a true post move the whole game. It’s pretty sad and for sure a lost art. Great video man!

Coach can you do a video on how to engage defenders. For example, let's say I'm at the top of the three point line and it's just me and one other guy, how would I get him going in one direction and blow past him (especially if they don't take you as a serious dribbler and they don't play hard defense they kind of just let you dribble in front of them) because I've gotten a lot better throughout the years and I'm a great shooter but now I'm working on dribbling and finishing against people bigger than me.

hey coach I was wondering I don't know if the people that you train in high school I think that you should make a series of videos on strength and conditioning because that's what we're doing and I'm in high school and it's pretty hard and if all you know how to do is have handles and the pretty good at ball but your stamina as long as you aren't conditioned to your best ability. just something I thought you should do since you're really growing and since you helped me a lot so thanks coach :-)
