    I somehow got the PF position as a 6’1” playmaking player, simply because my team is so short, so now here I am trying to open up the interior. Bigs are insane man, I don’t get it

    Thanks for this. I've always been a guard with very little post move experience. I just taught my posts players these 3 moves in a good 30 minutes. 2/3 got it down very well. The 3rd one is getting it, he's still growing into his body. Thank you!

    Power forward is my favorite position in basketball and I don't know why like something about how they move is amazing the defense is near a rim protector but you can make plays in the offense

    You use ur pivot the whole time then take the dribble you cannot shuffle your feet

    04:35 How is this coach not acknowledging the poor footwork? That offensive player is traveling before he even starts to use his pivot.😅 06:49 WTF! At this point why even bother.😂 Watch at 0.25x speed, the pivot is leaving the ground every single time.
