We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

I started watching more cooking stuff on KZread as I'm slowly trying to learn how to cook. I came across your channel and I'm glad I did because I really like it - both the stuff you make and your sense humour. I find your delivery hilarious!
Astro, dropping stuff, the eggshells, the fly, forgetting stuff, the gardeners, the swearing, etc. is why we love you so much, Sam. But most importantly, it's all of the awesome food you make, so please don't ever stop cooking!

Yes. This is how I make my cornbread! Edit: Let me explain. 1 and half cups cornmeal, half cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt. In a different bowl: 2 whipped eggs, 1 Cup buttermilk, 1/3 oil, 1 stIck ( or half a cup) melted and cooled butter/ margarine, 3 tablespoons honey. Preheat a cast iron skillet for 10 minutes lined with 3 tablespoons butter for at least 10 minutes, (do not over stir the mixture) let bake for 28-33 minutes. This is the best sweet moist cornbread I have ever made.
Quick time! Nice. Super pumped for this.

Southerner here, the best fried chicken hangs out for bout 12-24 hrs in a seasoned buttermilk bath or brined in dill pickle juice. The dredge needs a dash of baking powder for crispiness as well as a pinch of sugar. Trust me. Also, the only good Popeye's sauce is Mardigars mustard.
