We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

Hey Sam, I worked at BK when I was a teenager, those numbers are used to mark when a sandwich has timed out - they typically would get a 12 min shelf life. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were sometimes made in advance for rush times, dinner lunch etc etc. If the sandwich was prepared at 3:15 they would mark 5 on the wrapper and so on

Max is very lucky to have a father like Sam. My dad was an alcoholic most of his life and past away a little over a year ago. I always wanted to have a close relationship with him, but it never happened. Watching your videos always puts a smile on my face and touches my heart. I love you all. Stay blessed

Yeah, that is like a small part of why I like these videos. Watching a happy Father and son get along so well seems so foreign to me. They seem so happy joking back and forth. My father is also an alcholic and although I don't want him to die it wouldn't bother me one bit since I haven't talked or seen him since I was 12, and now I am in my mid-20s.

I was(/am, if you understand how addiction works) an alcoholic (in recovery, years now). I'm glad I got on the right path thanks to comments like this. RIP dad, regardless of the relationship you had. Just know that I'm sure he wished it were different. Addiction is a disease; a physical one to the drug(s) and an emotional one. There was a reason why he chose that path, and I doubt it had anything to do with you. Love his memory, cause without him you wouldn't be here. I have to remind my bf of that every now and then too. Thanks for sharing, and yes max is kinda lucky.

it's been a few years since i had one, but i recall it being really peppery, and i really liked that it was. you can see the pepper flecks in the breading. if there's one thing I'd change with this recipe is to add more cracked black pepper.

This is also my fav from BK, and I rarely get a bad one. The special thing about the BKOCS is the seasoning of the crispy breading. It has a spice to it similar to chicken fries. Without that seasoned breading, it's just any other chicken sandwich.

Back when I was young, I used to order the OG chicken sandwich whenever we'd go to BK. The decline on the sandwich over the years is very noticeable, especially when Sam and the boys go through the gross OG sandwich. Sam's take on the OG sandwich reminds me of how it used to be all those years ago. Great job on making me hungry guys lol!

as a ex-BK employee, the numbers stand for the time it was prepared. In some cases we prepare burgers ahead of time so we can stay up-to date with orders, it goes from 1 to 12 because we use intervals of 5 minutes, and the burger is thrown away whenever it has been prepared for longer then 10 minutes.

I have learned so much from watching your videos. Don't ever change who you are and how you act. If someone doesn't like it they can leave- referring to a video you said you were saying things people didn't like. Not everyone will ever be happy. Don't lose who you are trying to please everyone.

I grew up in a very small mid-Michigan town and I was 16 when Burger King became the 2nd fast food restaurant in our town. So I applied there that summer and started working after school a few nights a week. This was 1996. I hated working there but man, I would make these sandwiches for myself to take home and I loved them. Sometimes I'd make a nice fresh one with some cheese and take it into the walk-in cooler and just smash it when we were slow. It was a much simpler time of my life...

Every sandwich has an amount of time it can sit under the lamp before it has to be thrown away, so you use that marked number to determine the end of life for the sammie.

I worked a summer at BK when I was 16. As others have mentioned, there is black pepper in the breading. Also, mayo on the crown to glue the foot lettuce down. When I worked there I'd throw cheese on top of the patty and some bacon on top of that. Fun fact: you can also get any sandwhich on the menu 'Whopper style". Guaranteed to piss of whoever is working the burger board (or specialty board, the area where the chicken sandwiches, Whalers, tenders, fries and rings are made).

@Randall Johnson their, their, poor thing. Why does one have to insult me because of the improper use of a word that people made up anyways. How smart is it to insult someone over things man made up? That’s really Super Dumb.

@Randall Johnson Oftentimes, if there’s a typo in a word like “there”, spellcheck will automatically “correct” it to whichever word it “thinks” you were trying to type. It’s not always that the typist doesn’t know which word to use, but that spellcheck doesn’t.
