Polyphia the band that started on my metal playlist, now stays on the chill playlist
@dannyfromkenosha

I just started listening to them like two months ago. My buddy said the same thing about the metal thing. But he's a drummer and said their new drummer is better. I havent listened to anything besides their last two albums. Kind of afraid to actually. Haven't listened to "metal-y" tunes in a while now. Dont wanna ruin the amazingingness I've discovered here... Ya know?

Not easy on flip flops btw.
So often you see similar bands try to compete with each other it’s a breath of fresh air to see these guys appreciate each other’s talent and collab!
Your jams literally make me so excited to pick my guitar up and try something new. Learning your intro to G.O.A.T. took a lot of time and practice to get right but the things it taught me about ways you can use harmonics and different octave "chords" that it was more than worth the time I invested. Keep rocking you crazy guys

Parabéns pelo trabalho Felicidades 🙏🏻
So much auditory information at once..I love it
2:12 is the best part of the song
Back in the day when the Blood Sugar Sex Magic album from Red Hot Chili Peppers came out, and the drum tracks just jumped out of your speakers and smacked you, everyone was wondering - how did they get that amazing drum kit sound?! (They recorded the drum tracks inside of a glass solarium/greenhouse, if memory serves.) That was my first question hearing this track. Tight and punchy, so thick and tasty, but clean and brightly defined throughout, and it never steps on the other instruments anywhere. Excellent recording and mixing!
This video confirms my suspicions that there are more than one of each of them. Seriously though the best thing about Polyphia is the space. They know arrangement 100%
Im too high for that ending

Man these guys are freakin' good! I'm a guitar player and I really appreciate how they play and make their music.
Ladies and gentlemen, this band is absolutely gifted and creative! It's a real pleasure listening to their amazing music. The drums sound is so clean and perfect and those guitars and bass..... Man.... What a great band!
This is my favourite Polyphia song, the guitar tones are so dope, the melodies, the hook ugh.. So good.
I can't even, what is this? This is way more LIT than the original lit..

The run at 1:28 ish is just killer. Starts off so light and gentle and ends with that little bit of sass. Their mastery over rhythm really just feels so next level. Able to blend multiple genres with ease.
When they add harmonic and melodic complexity to their admirable rhytmic richness it will go supernova. Awesome band, vast dedication to the craft.
Lets just take a moment to appreciate that not only are these guys musically gifted, but have fantastic style
I'm waiting for Polyphia feat. Mateus Asato.

You guys are just that awesome you inspired me to play guitar again, thank you!, Bravo!
I see a lot of comments about the guitar but God.... The drums are otherworldly and just try to focus on the bass, it's the definition of rythmic virtuosity.
Can we talk about his sweater, and where I can find one?

Omg KZread finally recommend a quality video to me 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺 *YAS*
I love that clay tries to protect his technique in the videos it adds some mystique to it all, he never slaps when using the pick and in the videos and never uses the pick when he slaps in video, the you go look up how he actually plays and it’s a wtf moment
HOORAY: a band that drinks and smokes .. long live rock & roll .
