    Can this be shown close up .. each time I try it feels like the pole is in the wrong area of my thigh & it burns worse than the pole sit

    Thank you for the feedback Lakeba! Feel free to watch it on full screen or zoom it in. In my experience trying superman, it really burns my inner thighs as well, especially that's where your grip relies. So I started doing it slowly and gently but the burns between the thighs could still happen but its manageable. 💜 - Jham

    I feel you. As the saying goes "Pain is gain", I had a lot of pain too on my first time trying this but it gets better in time as you keep practicing - Jham 💜

    My thighs keep slide down, unable to hold the pole😢,

    That's always been our struggle 😥 But you can try some grip aid like our sticky leggings to help with the sliding. Try doing it slowly and gently so it won't hurt and slide as much. Cheering for you! 💜

    You can do it without, but our sticky pants help a lot with the grip 💜
