God the announcer was sooo damn badass and intense. His announcing PLUS the cheering in sword and shield.....good god that would be so cool!!

The voice of that man is my whole childhood

It's to make Onix more intimidating. It's a huge snake made of rocks, so, it makes sense that it fit that description, in Stadium and Stadium 2.

One of GameFreak’s best animations though is Hitmontop’s. I actually think it’s better than Stadium 2’s, especially for all of the neat little references.

I miss this game I pray one day we get a Stadium game with how well Snap sold

Trying to beat the gym leaders in R-2 at night with the rental pokemon was almost impossible.

This announcer has no business being this hyped but you is for us

PBR is a good update but the announcer lacked the intensity of this one. I liked it when this announcer would comment on Pokemon a few levels beyond others. "It's gone! It didn't stand a chance!"

I forget,is this only when you have pokemon blue,red,or yellow pokemon cartridge in the gameboy pack for the n64?.

i remember him saying: that was quick. Down already

If Lt. Surge sends out Pikachu or Raichu, keep your Ground and Rock Pokemon out of the battle, until either-or faints and then send them out.
