You say you use one extra pump if needed. When do you use the extra pump? And how? How do u create the waterfowl in the tank? Thank you greetings from Holland

awesome Video!! I am in the process of adding to my leopard from pleco L134 colony. Does the sandstone you use alter the parameters of your water at all? I have had seirru rock and it makes the ph go up like crazy.

Thank you Michael, our sandstones are absolutely free. If we add some new stones to tanks, We do such an experiments, we put a piece of stone to a 1-2liter container with RO water, check TDS and then wait for 24 hours and check again. Usually stones wich a neutral in water raise TDS a bit. We have RO water 10 ppm and after 24 gours we get a water with TDS 20-30ppm. its ok. But rocks which really influence pH raise TDS much more, you can get water with TDS 200 ppm after 24 hours. So that how we determine if stones are neutral

Great video and very nice facility you have! I would like to know which pumps you guys are using to feed the filterboxes and create current in the tanks at the same time.

@@plecoceramics Сколько примерно в кладке ? И еще вопрос: поднятие малька как у обычных, без ньюансов? Интерес не праздный, сейчас в отсаднике у меня штук 20 личинок. Не хотел забирать, но при уборке самец покинул трубку, поэтому пришлось забрать. Заранне спасибо!

@@plecoceramics Пы-сы, так сказать.. Если не сложно, напишите чем стартовали ( в смысле стартовый корм). Жалко будет потерять малька, явление то не очень рядовое. Я по поводу своих 46 - ых не запариваюсь, он у меня самосевом в тоннике разводятся. А этих жалко будет потерять...
