Even though Player was a one hit wonder band, the talent they had was just over the top, as in so many older music videos this is a live performance no remixing, just playing the song to perfection. Even after all these years, the song can reach out and grab you.

They're tasteful musicians, great songs and vocals who sound excellent in the studio and live. Some of their songs are "You're the only woman", How much I feel, Biggest part of me. I know a couple of songs that definitely have this vibe from the early 70's. The group is Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds - Don't Pull Your Love, Falling In Love and Winners and Losers. They were big hits. I promise you Cece (and I'd put heavy money on it) that you'll love these ones!

The bassist Ronn Moss and guitarist/singer Peter Beckett two out of the 4 original members returned as PLAYER in 1996 with a new album "LOST IN REALITY " that included a new recorded version of "BABY COME BACK" . In 2017 Ronn Moss sued Peter Beckett over the bands trademark name . Becketts greed and ego caused the two men to settle in court but no longer play together. Now there's PETER BECKETTS Player and RONN MOSS' Player.

He was Ridge Forrester. Ronn Moss left Bold and the Beautiful in 2012. He wasn't treated fairly yet he was the lead male character on that silly soap opera.
