I was 17 when this song first came out. Just broke up with my boyfriend. Needless to say I played this on repeat for hours, days. This song speaks to my heart.😢

The lead singer is Peter Beckett, from England, and his voice is perfect for this song. The emotion in the song has to do with the song writers (Beckett and J.C. Crowley [in the white shirt playing the keyboards]) going through tough times. Beckett's wife left him to return to England and Crowley was going through a breakup. They poured their hearts out into this song and you felt the raw emotion. I understood you meant YT as in KZread. Yes this is a band from the 1970s This song you are listening to came out I thing in 79? You might want to double check that I could be wrong. I grew up listening to this music I'm glad you younger generations gets a chance to hear music like this that your mom's and dad's or your grandparents enjoyed if you was born from Millenials. 😊
