I have a question about my SX 6000 Pioneer I have it opened up replacing all the bulbs and the screw in bulb on the far left with the tuning meter and the strength meter. There’s two like little rubber washers that aren’t screwed to anything. They just go up against the bulb and somehow make it work, I’ve never seen a connection like that before. Maybe you can help me out thanks.

Unfortunately I don't have a 6000 to look at. Your best bet is to open a thread on Audiokarma.

I know you did this months ago but there is a procedure on AK to adjust the bias and offset. Nothing in the service manual.

I’m guessing it’s the same procedure for the SX 770/990/1000.

The bias trimmers on these are prone to failure. A must-change.
