Really good class. I love all your strong workouts. I have tried accessing the strong total body work out but I can’t for some reason. I have subscribed, liked and now commenting. Hopefully that sorts it. I usual mix up about three of your strong classes as a work out. Unless it’s legs I only do two that day!!!😅

You're so welcome Gaby! Push ups can be hard for beginners to keep their form and complete the repetitions. I think push up variations are vastly under rated.
Hi Mira! I've been doing this class every morning, and it has been such a wonderful start to my day. My new year's resolution is to do a pull up. Do you have any other videos you would recommend to strengthen the muscles needed for that?

Good workout..working on shoulder pain so I took weight out it was hurting w elbows up and weights behind head but everything else awesome…glad I found you!❤️

Well done Megan! With all the weights classes I recommend doing them without the weights first. Then it's easier to perfect your technique and judge how much weight you will need in the future. Great work in listening to your body and adjusting 💖💖
