Mira can you please help lose weight, should I do Pilates before the magic circle workout
Doing the Chest Lift followed by Roll up reeeally gave intense ab burn! In Open Leg Rocker (modified), your cue that the inner thighs r still working, don't splay the legs open to the side, was super-helpful; a cue I've never heard before, and it really engaged the inner thighs. Thank you!

Welcome, sorry it's hard to tell everyone the English videos are now on Flow with Mira. I'm glad you found me again 💖 The exercises towards the end of a full class can be a slippery business. Try focusing less on hamstrings and really find that scoop in your abdominals. The more you scoop in the more abdominals, the more your legs naturally extend and the less pressure on your grip.

Thank you VK. In pilates we breathe in through nose and out through mouth. If it’s not technical, I would just breathe, doesn’t matter where it comes in and out from as long as you continue to breathe. Once you’re comfortable with the movement combo with breathe, then use nose and exit through mouth.

I have completed the BASI Legacy Program: Mentor, Master l, Master ll, and Honors.
