Mine arrived without the wing stabilizer bar, fun fact if you're into archery an arrow cut to fit seems to be the ticket. Fit snug and the cg seems to be dead on. Will know more tomorrow after the maiden

That’s awesome man! I think if you can find a big enough 2s battery you won’t cook the motor wires on it

I have only just purchased one and perhaps today, I will fly it for the very first time. Am really nervous. LOL. Hope nothing goes wrong. Wish me luck please ok ! Ha ha Many happy greetings from Tasmania ...... 🙂

I’m keeping my eyes open for a 2400 as well. This 1600 seems to be perfect 🫡

Have this great plane also, at my second battery people drove by and start talking with me. And before I knew I was flying the plane for 40minutes on a 2s 2200. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

I almost just did the same thing with mine. The elevator was backwards and I didn't notice until I was doing the final check. Like how did I miss that?! Maiden is Tomorrow.

I have been looking at the 1600 for a while. I have looked everywhere for replacement wings in case of need, but have not been able to find any.

Banggood has a kit version for $75 🇺🇸 you could use the wings from that 🎉

Looking at getting this very soon as PNP. Am I right in thinking all that is needed is a tx & rx combo + battery? If so, what type of battery connection? And will flysky 6channel tx be OK with associated rx?

That is correct and definitely run it on a 2s. I’m not sure of the exact 2s size tho

1500 definitely won’t be enough to hit the cg on a stock setup

@@dronepilot260rc I was planning to get some 1800/2000 mah and try them out. I heard on one video that it's xt60 connector type. Is that right?

@@Doggy-B yeah it’s a XT60 I would look for a heavier 2s like a 4000 or similar

Check the throws before the maiden?

Throws were good , CG was a little tail heavy but still flew 🫡
