As a former Tae-kwon-Do practicioner, her forms and strikes are very strict, yet, her transitions flow like water into the next. People who say they can do the same thing without training really don't know the level of conditioning and muscle control it takes to not flop a high kick lol. The mental endurance it takes to perform a perfect kata is akin to sets in figure skating and gymnastics.
