@@kiwi-ke5lz honestly look at some KZread videos or something and try them out at your neighborhood pool. It may feel weird but after a while you’ll get used to it…I’m not the best at swimming advice but I know that swimming takes serious patience

Ouch. As a swimmer, I can feel his pain. His butterfly is insane!!! This is really hard... I expected him to do freestyle or something, but no, do the hardest stroke in the hardest conditions! His form though 🤯
as a former competitive swimmer… my shoulders and lungs hurt watching this 💀 extremely impressive. butterfly is difficult on it’s own.

I wish we had had something like this in the 70's. Although watching this is making every muscle in my body hurt! I could do the butterfly, but not on this level. It really is amazing to see how todays tech is helping athletes become better and stronger.
I wan Jr Olympics 200 M butterfly in the Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale Florida and I still remember swimming this with all my heart!!!!!

I watched this like 20Xs+ n I held my breath in awe at the Combined majestic simplicity of an athlete performing his craft like poetry in motion. Beautiful. So graceful n tantalizing. Well done, Sir. (I am a swimmer since I was 3yo. Both my parents don’t swim. Anyone can truly appreciate his athleticism.)

As someone who taught swimmers for years, the move he is doing is one of the most difficult and least efficient ways of swimming at the top of the watter. It’s called “butterfly” and even a lap or two can really tire you out.

Butterfly is horrible for me I struggle so much and it don’t help I’ve only been swimming for 2 years and I had no prior lessons and I go against seniors that are twice my height I’m in 8th grade and I’m 4 11

Такое же сильное течение может быть и в природе. Наглядно для людей, которые говорят: "я ничего не боюсь, я отлично плаваю". И все же течение всегда сильнее.

Есть одно правило: нельзя плыть против течения. Лучше, по течению, слегка по диагонали, и плыть берегу. Главное - не паниковать и стараться держать голову над водой.

Даже слабым течением может так отнести от берега, что не выплывешь. А из сил выбиться в самом просто течении очень легко. Я море дальше, чем по грудь вообще не лезу никогда.

Já cai numa corrente em um lago quando era criança, estava andando por ele e ficou fundo repentinamente. Não consegui tocar o chão e fui puxado pra longe, sorte minha que a corrente era fraca e eu consegui nadar

That stroke I learned in swim lessons as a teen. And it was so hard it took every muscle I had. No way could I do it in a current like that !

I like swimming in the ocean and this is great practice for swimming against hr currents (ofc ocean is not controllable but it would be nice to know you have the ability to swim against fast water)
