PECHAY TAGALOG RECIPE | MASARAP!!!

Ingredients:
1 Bundle Pechay Tagalog
1/4 KG Ground Pork
1pc Onion
8 Cloves Garlic
2pcs Tomatoes
3 Spoon Soy Sauce
1 Spoon Vinegar
30g Oyster Sauce
Cooking Oil
1 Cup of Water
Ground Black Pepper
Procedure:
1. Chop the Garlic, Onion, Tomatoes and Pechay.
2. Sautee the Garlic then Onion and the Tomatoes.
3. Add the Ground Pork then add 1/2 Cup of water and the Oyster Sauce then cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Add the chopped Pechay and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Add Ground Black Pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Ready to be served.
